At Umbrella Psychology & Allied Health, we understand that childhood and adolescence are critical periods of social, emotional and cognitive development.

We work collaboratively with children, adolescents, and their caregivers to understand their concerns, build resilience, and promote positive coping strategies. Through a warm and supportive approach, we aim to empower young people to express themselves, process their experiences, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and emotional strength.

School refusal (School Can’t) and school-based stress
